RETURNS AND WARRANTY

In accordance with Articles L 121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised without having to provide a reason within 14 days of receiving the order.

In the event of a return or exchange, the customer must return the items at their own expense and provide proof of return showing a date, for example, a registered letter or delivery against signature.

Dominique DENAIVE jewelry is handmade, using our house's own sophisticated techniques, and produced in small series. It is an artisanal work made from resin, a material characterized primarily by its durability and uniqueness. The jewelry must be treated like ceramic; any harsh impact or dropping it onto a hard surface could break it. Dominique DENAIVE items are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes the mishandling described above, as well as normal wear and tear. Repairs will be carried out in France, so the customer must return damaged items at their own expense.

In the event of a refund by Dominique DENAIVE, the customer will be refunded to the bank card used for the transaction.
